Sand Tray Therapy

Sand Tray Therapy is a gentle yet powerful way to work with a client that allows them to feel safe to create and explore the landscape of their life, emotions, and issues by using small toys and figures in a tray of sand. By creating this scene that reflects their life, they can resolve issues and conflicts to bring about healing within.

In this experimental two-day course, you will learn how to use Sand Tray Therapy and its application when working with clients along with experiencing this healing for yourself.

Russian Doll Therapy

Russian Doll Therapy is a way to explore the layers of yourself and your younger self. It is a gentle, yet powerful way of symbolising parts of the whole self. Connecting with different ages and stages of life and reconnecting with the younger you who may have been left behind or still feeling past hurts enables deep emotional change.

In this two-day course, you will learn how to use Russian Dolls with your clients and bring together the foundations of parts integrations and alignments.

This is an experimental course where you will learn the application of this technique along with experiencing this healing for yourself.
